Login Assistance

First Time Franchise Users:

  • Click on Forgot Password then enter your email address and click Get New Password
    Note: Your email address that is maintained within the hierarchy is what will give you access to RAP.
  • Log in with the temporary password that is sent to your email then set your new password
Invalid User Message

Only users with an email address maintained within the hierarchy file for franchise restaurants and above restaurant leaders (Level 1 – Level 6) are granted access to RAP.

  • If you get a message that says Invalid User start by confirming you used the correct email address.
  • If you believe the email address you tried to use is on file, then please reach out to your Business Consultant to confirm.
  • If you need to update your email address on file, please reach out to your Business Consultant to have your information updated.
  • If your email address is not maintained within the hierarchy file, then you will not be able to get access to RAP yet.

Company Users: Company users should log in through Okta. Please click on the Sign in with Okta link and use your Okta login credentials to access RAP.
